Why invest in your institution
Unlike hedge funds, investment banks, and private equity firms who view investments through spreadsheets, we look at investments based on the overall health of communities, and the market in general. Traditional investment firms often make a select class of individuals money, but at the overall expense of broader communities in general. For example, Amazon (AMZN) and Tesla (TSLA) were once hot new investments that made a select few individuals wealthy. But this happened at the expense of India, Africa, and the US. In the US most minority groups who live in impoverished communities cannot qualify for high-tech job training because Amazon fronts itself as the major employer in those poorer communities to the federal government. And once they leave the community it often collapses.
What is the difference between a partner vs investor
Investors assume all the risk in a project when it fails. But partners share a mutual interest in the long-term success of an investment project. Partnerships can last a lifetime, and often for several generations to come.
Is Warren Buffet an investment guru
In our humble opinion, Not really. Guys like Buffet had a head-start and access to critical information most people never had.
Why do you not like billionaires
In the long-run billionaires contribute nothing to society. And they are mainly the reason why the millionaire-class is being eradicated. They are often seen as “pioneering innovators” BUT in reality they are simply just individuals with way too much money.
Where would you invest now for the long-run
Haiti. This beautiful island nation is a classical case of the breakdown of the international community. And each day Haiti exposes the true failure of capitalism as a functional sustainable system. In the near future America and Europe will absolutely regret not properly investing in Haiti. But hopefully, we will be investing there very soon to clean up their mess and save this beautiful global community.
What is an activist investor
Simply put, an activist investor prioritizes stable communities over pure profits.
Why do you feel that capitalism is very bad
In business school the definition of capitalism simply meant putting profits over the overall health and well-being of people and individuals. Also, capitalism has only worked for Americans at the expense of the entire global community. Lastly, even in America capitalism only works for a certain group of specific people and not every American.
Why do you disapprove of institutional investors
Because institutional investors only invest based on fear and greed.
What is your opinion on Wallstreet
During the Reagan administration, certain economists introduced something called “trickle-down economics. On paper this theory sounded really great, but in reality it left millions of Americans behind. Especially minority and immigrant groups which still have not recovered till this day.
What do you think about trickle-down-economics
It is a farce (LoL)
Why do people dislike Nigeria
In the 1940’s the British sold Nigeria to a company called Lever Brothers Corporation, which today is known as The Unilever Corporation. To this today the royal family, and the British aristocrats, have refused to acknowledge this scam and roll it back. So Nigeria is literally not a country, but a landmass owned on a piece of paper – Shame on you Queen Elizabeth.!!
Why did the pandemic affect the U.S the most
The pandemic exposed the instability and sustainability of capitalism as a business model. Especially the hold capitalism has on the American healthcare industry. It showed majority of U.S industries lacking any real sustainable organic growth, and simply just being profit rackets. The real truth is capitalism overall as a system is simply a very bad model which when fully vested leads to overall systemic meltdowns in the long-run.
What is the difference between capitalism, communism, and socialism (The “isms”)
If you closely study capitalism, communism, and socialism they are literally the same. And you will arrive at the painful conclusion that they are all very inefficient systems controlled by repressive government bodies and institutions. However, capitalism seems to be the worst.
Where is Waldo
Who cares.
What happened to Crypto
Sadly, crypto was doing just fine until the Americans came along. There was a young fraudster named Sam-Bankman Fried who collected billions of dollars (donations) from teacher-pension funds, hedge-funds, sophisticated investors, investment bankers, and equity fund managers, while playing video games and sitting on a toilet. (His words not ours)
Why do you feel EVs are a scam
By 2040, it is estimated that approximately 70-80% of people will be living in cities. In Chicago the average 40-50-story skyscraper has approximately 200-300 parking spaces. It is practically almost impossible to rig all the spaces in these building with EV chargers without having an adverse effect to community and the grid system as a whole. We don’t see Ev’s being a viable sustainable alternative for the next 50-100 years.
So what is the energy play moving forward
We have access to an on-shore, shallow-water, very small oil field (OPL-35) with an estimated reserve of seven million barrels (7m). And a current estimated market value of $8.2 billion dollars ($8.2B), and climbing, which we hope to purchase with our trusty “activist-investors”. Yes, in 100 years we would all probably be dead, BUT our money and wealth will continue to live on….(Amen)
